Talitha Maslin

Collaborator and Dancer - Human Interest Story, Weather

Talitha graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2009 with an Advanced Diploma Of Performing Arts (Dance), for which she received the Finley Award for the most improved.

In 2010 Talitha undertook her Bachelor of Arts with Link Dance Company, a post graduate company based at WAAPA, and performed nationally (Syd, Mel, Bris) and internationally (ACT Festival Bilboa, Spain). She also made her professional debut with Lucy Guerin Inc (Melbourne) in July in the premiere season of Human Interest Story.

In 2011 Talitha was assistant to choreographer Alice Lee Holland for the Future Landings Bunbury Project for adolescents age 13-17 (Grounded), She performed Human Interest Story at the Perth International Arts Festival, and worked for The Western Australian Aboriginal Dance Company in the opening celebrations for Sculptures By the Sea, performing Francis Rings’ 2007 work Debris. She also performed inĀ For Your Viewing Pleasure by upcoming Perth Choreographer Emma Fishwick in Short and Sweet Dance Melbourne.
